Hayden changed the game when he introduced futureflex, a manufacturing technology which uses carbon fiber to strengthen the edges of the board.
He wanted a web app just as unique that allowed his customers to craft their boards to be the perfect shape, size, density, and design.
The client, a multinational corporation, wanted to update their outdated website to better reflect their brand and improve user experience.
Approach: We began by conducting extensive research on the target audience and the client's competitors. This included surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights on what users wanted and expected from a corporate website.
Based on our findings, we developed personas and user journeys to guide the design process. We also created a style guide to ensure consistent branding across all pages. To improve the user experience, we implemented a modern, responsive design that was mobile-friendly and easy to navigate. We also added various interactive elements, such as hover effects and accordions, to make the website more engaging.
